Returns Information
Used Parts
Whilst we try our hardest to make sure parts are sold as described, if there are any significant defects found which were not described, a full refund will be offered within 7 days of your purchase.
All returned as damaged items will be checked. Refunds on used parts will be given at our discretion. It is the buyers responsibility to check that the part you are buying is correct for application, therefore no refunds will be given in this instance. If you are unsure something will fit your bike, please contact us for help & advice.
Please Note: All electrical items are tested and are working when sent, so there will be no refunds available on these items. ie CDI Boxes, Coils etc
If you wish to exchange your item, simply return it to:

Include your original invoice, along with your name, contact details, and the item you would like to exchange with. Please be aware that you will be charged additional postage costs for your new item to be sent, along with any price differences.
Please note that you are responsible for any returned items until they are received by us. For this reason we suggest you use an insured method of return such as recorded delivery.
We like our customers to be happy. If however this is not the case, and you are unhappy with the service you have received please contact us and we shall try to rectify the problem.
